Shanghai Roway, China




Shanghai Roway, a 50:50 joint venture, was a low-cost housing project spread over an 88,000 square metres site at Dong Wan Cun in the Xuhui District of Shanghai. The project was started in 1992 and phase I was completed and sold out in 1995. In 1998, phase II was completed and sold out. Both phases of the project comprised 76,000 square metres and 45,500 square metres of saleable space.
